This includes, without limitation, damages related to data loss, corruption, business interruption, operational downtime, integration failures, security incidents caused by client‑side actions, or any other form of commercial or technical impact. Clients acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for evaluating the suitability of Syntrix services for their operational, regulatory, and security requirements. Enterprise clients are solely responsible for maintaining secure access credentials, implementing appropriate internal security controls, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their own jurisdictions, and managing their own infrastructure, integrations, and operational decisions.
