Syntrix Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all access to and use of Syntrix software solutions, infrastructure platforms, server environments, dedicated hosting systems, and any related technologies or services provided by the Company. By engaging with Syntrix, enterprise clients acknowledge that all services are offered exclusively to legally registered businesses, organizations, and institutions operating within jurisdictions where such services may be lawfully provided. Syntrix does not offer, market, or provide any services to individual consumers, private persons, or unregistered entities, and any attempt by such parties to access Syntrix systems is strictly prohibited. All access to Syntrix technologies requires a valid commercial agreement, and any unauthorized use is considered a violation of these Terms. Syntrix provides its services strictly for enterprise‑level operational, technical, and infrastructural purposes. This includes but is not limited to software platforms, backend systems, server environments, dedicated server hosting, virtualization layers, orchestration tools, and other forms of digital infrastructure. Syntrix does not guarantee compatibility with any specific client environment, nor does it warrant that its systems will meet any particular performance, regulatory, or operational requirement. All Syntrix services are provided on an “as‑is,” “as‑available,” and “with all faults” basis, and Syntrix makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, reliability, performance, or suitability for any specific use case. Clients are solely responsible for evaluating whether Syntrix technologies align with their operational needs. Syntrix operates under the legal frameworks applicable to the jurisdictions in which it intentionally conducts business. Syntrix does not operate under Iranian laws, does not recognize Iranian jurisdiction, and does not provide services to individuals, entities, or organizations located in Iran or otherwise subject to Iranian regulatory authority. Any attempt to access Syntrix systems from restricted or sanctioned regions is unauthorized and may result in immediate termination of access. Syntrix bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from attempts to circumvent geographic, legal, or compliance restrictions. Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access credentials, implementing appropriate internal security controls, and ensuring that their use of Syntrix services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance requirements. Syntrix does not assume responsibility for client‑side misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, operational decisions, or failures to implement adequate security practices. Clients acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the management, oversight, and security of any data, workloads, or systems they deploy within Syntrix environments, including dedicated servers, virtual machines, software integrations, and any other infrastructure components. Syntrix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to its services at its sole discretion if it determines that continued service poses legal, regulatory, operational, or security risks. This includes situations involving misuse, unauthorized access, violation of contractual obligations, or activities that may compromise Syntrix systems or the integrity of its infrastructure. Syntrix may also refuse service to any entity that does not meet its enterprise eligibility criteria or whose jurisdiction, business model, or operational profile presents unacceptable risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Syntrix disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from or related to the use, inability to use, performance, or failure of any Syntrix service. This includes damages related to data loss, corruption, downtime, business interruption, integration failures, security incidents caused by client‑side actions, or any other operational or commercial impact. Clients acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for all risks associated with their use of Syntrix technologies, including the deployment of software, hosting of workloads, operation of dedicated servers, and any other technical or infrastructural activities. Syntrix does not provide legal, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. Any information, documentation, or communication provided by Syntrix is intended solely for operational and technical purposes. Clients must consult their own legal and compliance professionals to ensure that their use of Syntrix services aligns with their obligations and internal governance requirements. Syntrix is not responsible for ensuring that client activities comply with external regulations, industry standards, or jurisdictional requirements. Syntrix may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in its operations, legal obligations, or service offerings. Any such updates become effective upon publication, and continued use of Syntrix services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms. By accessing or using Syntrix systems, enterprise clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and that they bear full responsibility for ensuring lawful, secure, and compliant use of all Syntrix technologies.
